Can I change membership levels once I start?
Sure, you can always change your account however you'd like once you start up. If you ever can't figure something out, simply open the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the website and let us know what you're trying to change and we'll just do it for you.
Do you guys have good support for members?
Yes, we have excellent customer service! During U.S. business hours you can chat with us live on the website using the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of every page. Outside of those hours you can use the chat bubble to send us a message or you can email us at support@talkingtoteens.com any time.
Is this a monthly subscription I'm signing up for?
Yes, you will be billed every month on the same day until you cancel the subscription. You will not be billed anything during the first 14 days of your membership, as that is our free trial period.
Is this easy to cancel?
Of course. Use that chat bubble in the bottom of every page and send us a message that says "cancel membership". Also, if you felt the services we provided weren't as advertised or didn't meet your expectations, request a refund and we'll send you your money back.
Is there any kind of a guarantee?
Yes, we have a 60-day no-questions-asked guarantee. So you can ask for a refund anywhere in that time and we will gladly hand it over.
Are there discounts for non-U.S. members?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have the capability to offer different rates to parents who are accessing our site from overseas. We recognize that our U.S. rates can seem expensive to overseas users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I Get a Dual Membership With My Spouse?
